Return Policy

  • No Returns Accepted: We generally do not accept returns.
  • Inspect Before Payment: You may check your item before paying the courier. If you're not
    satisfied, you can return it by paying only the shipping fees.

Exchanges Policy

• If you need to exchange for a different size (Must be in stock), You will be charged the shipping
fees.


• The item must be with its perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
with tags attached).


• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


• customers can exchange each item only once—once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be
exchanged again.


• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping and Delivery

• Order Processing: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be processed and fulfilled from our
warehouse.
• Delivery Times: Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
• Inside Cairo: 3-5 business days
• Other Governorates: 4-7 business days
• Delivery Attempts: The shipping company will attempt to deliver your package three times. If you are unable to receive the package during any of these attempts, it will be returned to us.
• Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, you
have to place another order.
